SPD40

A new form in pursuit of usability. Combination of sliding door with flush door

This is a new form of door that combines sliding door with flush door. Under normal circumstances, it is used as a sliding door for the entrance and exit of people. The door can be opened when carrying in or out large equipment or furnishings, providing a required opening for carrying in or out. The sliding door is available with three types of open/close mechanisms: manual, self-closing, and automatic. The flush door is fixed with a French drop when it is closed.

• Very light weight due to the combination of aluminum frame and styrene foam (phenol foam in case of incombustible specification) or honeycomb material inside the door.
• Insertion of foundation into the panel is not required for the installation of the opening frame and rail on the sliding door portion.
• Simple installation - the outer frame of flush door portion only required to be fixed on the supplied foundation plate.
• The bellows rubber around the opening frame or for upper portion closure is equipped with adjusting function that allows adjusting after installation.
• Standard specification does not leave remaining gap, enabling effective utilization of limited space.
• Various options are available, such as window and louver.
• Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter.

Air cushion cannot be attached when the sliding door portion is less than 620. Rail cannot be divided within the range of sliding door portion.
