Machine hatch that can accommodate carrying in/out large size equipment

Detachable machine hatch that can support up to H4500 in effective dimension, which cannot be achieved with TH30. Basic features are the same as TH30. As the dimension H increases, use of plus bar is recommended to increase the engagement onto the outer frame. Please refer to Page 36 for details of plus bar.

Very light weight due to the combination of aluminum frame and styrene foam or paper honeycomb(phenol foam in case of incombustible specification) inside of the door.
Four-side frame specification can be changed to bottom frame take-out type as an option.
Various options are available, such as window and louver.
Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter.

TH30

Reasonable, low-profile machine hatch

Detachable machine hatch allows installing a large opening that cannot be achieved with regular doors. TH30 supports up to 3000mm in effective dimension. Prerequisite is a lower opening/closing frequency, as it requires some work to attach and detach the panels. Multiple detachable panels are detached one by one, and then attached to original positions. Tree-side frame specification requires leveled floor surface as unevenness will affect its fitting. Bottom frame take-out type is common for four-side frame specification with an emphasis on airtightness, as the bottom frame tends to pose an obstacle.
