Full-flat machine hatch that has eliminated protruding objects to the utmost limit

For window and doors that are installed on cleanroom walls, protruding objects that impede airflow must be eliminated to the possible as much as possible. THF40 is a detachable machine hatch in flat specification that has eliminated shut-in levers and handles on individual panels. Stepladder etc. is not required for attaching/detaching work, even with a tall machine hatch.

Flat panel that has eliminated protruding objects, which otherwise generate turbulence inside the cleanroom.
Very light weigh due to the combination of aluminum frame and styrene foam (phenol foam in case of incombustible specification) inside the door.
Four-side frame can be changed to bottom frame take-out type as an option.
Various options are available, such as window and louver.
Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter.
