Convenient door that contributes to space saving

Large-sized swing door has a large rolling radius that may cause a hindrance when the door is opened. In the case of doors with relatively high opening/closing frequency, particularly those of rooms that face aisles where objects and people frequently pass by, dead spaces are created every time when doors are opened and closed, resulting in ineffective space utilization. Such worries can be solved by this outward-folding flush door, WDR40. Only half the size of the door is used when the door is opened or closed. For example, about four times larger space can be used effectively when compared with a regular double swing door of the same size. Two doors can be fixed when they are opened. Doors can be compactly stored by the use of handle pockets also on the wall side*1. Installation of reinforcement, such as furring iron frame, is recommended when the door is installed in a heat-insulating panel system. For more information, please consult our sales representative.

• Excellent airtight performance as it is designed on the basis of DR40 that meets the A-4 grade airtight performance (for four-side frame cremone specification) *
• Handle pockets and attached door stoppers prevent the doors from bumping each other and locks from hitting the wall (handle pocket on the wall side is optional)
• The newly-developed slide drop securely keeps the slave door closed even if the floor is uneven
• Very light weight due to the combination of aluminum frames, honeycomb materials, and styrene foam (phenol foam in case of heat-insulating incombustible specification) inside the door
• Various options are available, such as window and louver
• Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter
