Smart-looking resin heat-insulating flush door for low-temperature cleanrooms

Heat-insulation doors are required for entrance and exit of low-temperature cleanrooms. DIR40 uses resin for all the frame materials so as to maintain the same appearance as flush doors, while preventing dew condensation caused by heat conduction on the door body and outer frame.

Almost the same smart-looking appearance while having heat-insulating property
Very light weigh due to the combination of resin frame and styrene foam inside the door
Can support some types of chemicals that cannot be supported with metal flush doors
The airtight specification of four-side cremone handle meets the A-4 grade of JIS airtight performance
Various options are available, such as resin FIX window (PW40) exclusively for double-glazed glass
Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter
