Resin-made heat-insulating sliding door for low-temperature cleanrooms

For the exit and entrance of low-temperature working rooms at about +15C, doors are required not to cause condensation at this condition. The greatest features of SIR40 with all-resin frame materials are its smart-looking appearance and light open/close movement, while maintaining high thermal insulation performance. Three types of open/close mechanisms are available: manual, self-closing, and automatic.

Very light weight due to the combination of resin frame and styrene foam inside the door.
Some chemicals that cannot be supported by metallic sliding doors can be supported.
Various options are available, such as resin-made FIX window that is exclusively for double glass.

Only non-interlocking specification is available. Some sizes may not be supported even in the case of manufacturable dimension, depending on the use environment and/or door weight.
