Resin-made heat-insulating machine hatch for low-temperature cleanrooms

In a cleanroom with a decreased temperature, use of aluminum frame material must be minimized to the utmost extent from the viewpoint of condensation prevention, when an opening is required for carrying in/out equipment. TIH40 uses synthetic resin for all the frame materials to minimize condensation phenomenon caused by heat conduction on panels and outer frames. The smart-looking external appearance is almost same as aluminum detachable machine hatch.

Almost the same smart-looking appearance as aluminum machine hatch, while having heat-insulating property.
Very light weigh due to the combination of resin frame and styrene foam.
It can support some chemicals that cannot be supported with metal-made machine hatch.
Various options are available, such as FIX window that is exclusively for double glass.
Fully custom-fabricated in the unit of one millimeter.
